Frank is a unique type of missionary ... his preaching and teaching happens on construction sites and through working with local builders in foreign countries!  He's also special because he's from Thunder Bay and more specifically, from our Church!

Since 2004, Frank has been a full-time missionary appointed by the Missions Division of the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada, and while he does some construction for PAOC Missions, Frank works primarily with a ministry called Global Teen Challenge.  This ministry works around the globe to establish and support Teen Challenge centres that are attempting to bring freedom to people with life-controlling addictions.
